We appreciate our customers and to show this, Aquatrend Irrigation gives a little back every year. 1.1 Only Aquatrend Irrigation’s clients who are enrolled in the Open & Close service combo are eligible for these rewards. 1.2 To claim a reward, each winner must like and/or follow Aquatrend Irrigation’s Instagram and/or Facebook page. 1.3 Once every spring, before Aquatrend Irrigation’s work season begins, we will spin a wheel of names, picking (3) customers at random. 1.4 The first two (2) names picked will receive a 50% discount to their open & close service fee. The FINAL name picked will receive their open & close service fee completely free of charge. 1.5 Each winner will receive an email and/or text message to inform them of their prize reward.
Referral Rewards Program
Aquatrend Irrigation takes pride in our reputation. We are so grateful for all the referred business we have received over the years. 1.1 Upon a successful* referral, the Referrer receives a discount token to their file in Aquatrend Irrigation’s database. 1.2 The New Client must agree and accept the terms of the work quoted. 1.3 Upon receiving payment from The New Client, the referral is considered successful*. 1.4 A successful* irrigation system open and/or close service referral is rewarded with a $10 discount token. 1.5 A successful* irrigation or landscape lighting system installation referral is rewarded with $50 discount token. 1.6 Tokens can be redeemed for installations, repairs or services provided by Aquatrend Irrigation. There is no limit to the number of tokens a customer can acquire. Tokens never expire and can be redeemed in bulk.
Three year contracts
With over 98% of our clients being returning customers for over a decade, we’d like to show our appreciation. Signing a Three-Year Contract locks your service cost for a (3) year term, freeing your mind from inflation and price increases. 1.1 Three-Year Contracts can only be applied to Irrigation system Open & Close services. 1.2 Only Irrigation system Open & Close service costs are locked. Additional repair costs do not apply to the Three-Year Contract. 1.3 Early cancellation of a Three-Year Contract will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining term cost. 1.4 A Three-Year Contract is automatically terminated upon selling your home or relocating to a new property.
New to the family?
We provide all new irrigation installations with a free open & close service package for the first year. This allows us to provide each client with an on-site walkthrough tutorial. We go through each step ensuring that all our customers fully understand how their system works, giving them full control.
